Phoenix Development Company is pleased to announce the groundbreaking and commencement of construction on the next phase of Pullman Modern Urban Apartments! This next phase of the project adds a five-story building at the corner of West 8th and Wilson Streets, which will provide 40 new one-bedroom units. BKV Group is the architect, and davisREED is the general contractor for this phase of the project.
On Wednesday April 12 we celebrated alongside the Pullman Modern Urban Apartments at the grand opening of their new apartments near Santa Rosa’s Historic Railroad Square. A huge congratulations to the team at Pullman for their hard work and dedication in bringing this project to life. We're excited for what the future holds and can't wait to see how Pullman continues to positively impact the area.
